1. To Enter: No purchase or obligation necessary. This is a web-based contest which will run from April 10, 2005 to December 4, 2005.

2.Each Saturday at 10:30 p.m. a new question will be posted to www.hawaiistars.com. The question will pertain to the Hawaii Stars show that airs the next day on KHON2 at 6:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

3. You may enter the contest by filling out the form on the website which includes name, address, phone and e-mail address and answering the question. You may enter as often as you like.

4. All entries for each week’s contest must be submitted online by 11:59 PM Hawaii time on Wednesday following the Sunday on which the question was posted.

5. All entries with correct answers will be put into a pool and one will be selected by random drawing.

6. Prizes will vary from week to week. Each week’s winner and description of the prize that was won will be announced each Saturday night following the close of that week’s contest. The nature of the specific prize will not be disclosed prior to the announcement of the winner.

7. Winners and prizes will be posted at www.hawaiistars.com. Delivery of prizes will be in the form of a letter authorizing winner to retrieve prizes from prize sponsors.

8. Eligibility: The contest is open to all residents of Hawaii 18 years or older as of April 10, 2005. Cast and producers of Hawaii Stars Presents, Inc.. and their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household are ineligible. Hawaii Stars 2005 Contestants and their immediate family members are ineligible. Contest subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of Hawaii Stars producers as final.

Limitation of Liability: Hawaii Stars Presents, Inc. is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Hawaii Stars Presents, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest for any or no reason.

9. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name and any statements about the contest for publication purposes without any additional compensation.

Attempts to unfairly affect the outcome of this contest will disqualify all entries by entrant.
